Jennifer Lawrence Sent Robert De Niro the "Ultimate" Gift For His Daughter's Arrival

As a new mom herself, Jennifer Lawrence knows exactly what a newborn parent needs. During a "Watch What Happens Live" appearance on June 26, in which she also shut down rumors of an affair with Liam Hemsworth, Lawrence revealed she gifted Robert De Niro a baby nurse to celebrate his daughter's arrival.

"I did one better, I sent over a baby nurse."

When Andy Cohen asked if Lawrence got her friend and former costar a baby present, she said, "I did one better, I sent over a baby nurse," adding that she was "really happy for him." Cohen, who's dad to 4-year-old Benjamin and 1-year-old Lucy, agreed that a baby nurse was "the ultimate present." Lawrence and De Niro have been friends since they starred alongside one another in "Silver Linings Playbook," with De Niro even attending Lawrence's wedding rehearsal dinner in 2019.

In May, De Niro revealed he welcomed daughter Gia with his girlfriend, Tiffany Chen, a month prior in April. The 79-year-old veteran actor is also a father to six older children from previous relationships over the years. In February 2022, Lawrence gave birth to her son Cy, her first child with husband Cooke Maroney. Though, the notoriously private actor did not share the news with the world until a few months later.

While a baby nurse is certainly more practical than say, the stuffed alpaca the Kardashians sent Paris Hilton in honor of her baby's arrival, it's quite the extravagant gift.
