Klosters in Switzerland is Prince Charles's ski resort of choice, and he has been vacationing there for over 40 years. It's where William and Harry first skied, but following an avalanche in 1988 which killed one of their party — Major Hugh Lindsay — Princess Diana refused to go back, and the family switched their annual ski break to Lech in Austria.
However after Charles and Diana's divorce, Charles returned to Klosters along with William and Harry, and it was on the slopes there that William and Kate's relationship first become public when they were photographed kissing. The royals always stay at the Hotel Walserhof and have had nights out at the restaurant Casa Antica.
