Simone, born on Aug. 14, 2001, is Johnson's eldest daughter, whom he shares with ex-wife and production partner Dany Garcia. Simone is signed to IMG Models and was named the first-ever Golden Globe Ambassador for the 2018 Golden Globe Awards.
Back in 2020, Simone signed with the WWE, following in her dad's footsteps. And in 2022, she announced that her in-ring name would be Ava Raine, making it clear that despite her family's professional wrestling legacy, she has her own path. She tweeted in May 2022, "I probably sound like a broken record & hopefully this is the last I'll mention this but I don't understand why people being portrayed as separate individuals from their family name is such a heated topic. A name doesn't discredit any prior accomplishments from any family."
Simone made her NXT live debut in July 2022 in Orlando, Florida. Appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" that same month, Johnson said he was "very proud" of Simone and that her debut was "so good."
