Because Mitchell Hoog is so in tune with his mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, he doesn't allow anything in his life that doesn't contribute to it — right down to his bed sheets. "I always put my life into three different segments, if that's what you want to call it, mental stability, spiritual purpose, and physical health," he said in an interview with The Colt Balok Show.
