Kardashian and Davidson began dating in October 2021 after meeting at the Met Gala in September of that year and connected again when Kardashian hosted "Saturday Night Live." The pair dated for nine months, and their highly publicized relationship included another appearance at the Met Gala, but they broke up in August. At the time, a source told Entertainment Tonight that being long distance was hard for them, and Kardashian "wasn't feeling like she was willing to settle down with him just yet."
Davidson has since been linked to Emily Ratajkowski, while Kardashian finally settled her divorce with ex-husband Kanye West in November.
