The 21st season of The Bachelor is here, and that means a whole new slew of contestants to get excited about. While we already have our favorites picked out for Nick Viall, there are bound to be some villains this season as well. Heck, the new bachelor was once a TV villain himself! In honor of season 21, we've rounded up the worst of the worst — or should we say the best of the best? — villains to ever appear on The Bachelor or The Bachelorette. - Season: The Bachelorette, season five and The Bachelor, season 14
- Why he's infamous: The other contestants constantly called his perky personality completely fake. He became The Bachelor, but didn't make a good impression there, either.

Kelsey Poe
- Season: The Bachelor, season 19
- Why she's infamous: Not only did she appear to make light of her husband's death by saying, "Isn't my story great?" but she also seemingly faked a panic attack in order to avoid elimination. That's a big nope.

Chad Johnson
- Season: The Bachelorette, season 12
- Why he's infamous: Oh, where to begin. Aside from threatening violence against a few of his castmates, he also called JoJo Fletcher "naggy" during one of the group dates.

Vienna Girardi
- Season: The Bachelor, season 14
- Why she's infamous: Vienna would constantly taunt the other girls, then play the victim during Jake Pavelka's season. Even though she ended up getting the final rose, the two had an emotional breakup on TV when the bachelor admitted that he couldn't trust her.

Tierra LiCausi
- Season: The Bachelor, season 17
- Why she's infamous: We'll never forget Tierra's accusatory eyebrows and her epic blowout with AshLee Frazier. Oh, and remember the time she wore a giant diamond ring to the Women Tell All special, only to call off her "engagement" shortly after?

Juan Pablo Galavis
- Season: The Bachelorette, season nine and The Bachelor, season 18
- Why he's infamous: Juan Pablo made a great impression on The Bachelorette, then it all fell apart. Aside from making some harsh comments about the ladies during his season, he later caused even more controversy when he said a gay man shouldn't become The Bachelor.

- Season: The Bachelor, season 20
- Why she's infamous: Even though she earned the first impression rose from Ben Higgins, audiences quickly grew tired of her whiny attitude as she went on and on about her awkward feet.

- Season: The Bachelor, season five
- Why she's infamous: Michelle made a name for herself by being sexually aggressive with Brad Womack and just plain aggressive with the women. Love her or hate her, there's something totally watchable about her.

- Season: The Bachelor, season 16
- Why she's infamous: The model made it very clear during Ben Flajnik‘s season that she "didn't come here to make friends." She was so horrible to the rest of the contestants during the show that she got booed during the live reunion.

- Why he's infamous: After making fun of the other contestants during a comedy sketch, he went on to receive the not-so-glamorous title of "turd" by Amy Schumer.

- Why she's infamous: Papa was kicked off the show for having an affair with one of the show's producers. Enough said.

- Why he's infamous: Emily Maynard was the first single mom to become The Bachelorette, and Kalon irreparably messed things up by calling her daughter "baggage."

- Why he's infamous: Aside from making rude and derogatory remarks to the cameras, he voluntarily left the show simply because he just wasn't attracted to Ashley Hebert. Yikes.
