Game of Thrones Celebrity Superfans Trailer

This New Game of Thrones Promo Features Celebrity Superfans, and Where Was Our Invite?!

HBO is still playing games with our hearts and keeping all the juicy details about the final Game of Thrones season under lock and key. But hey, at least we know we're not the only ones waiting for Winter to come. In the latest promo, the network gathered a few of the show's celebrity superfans to encourage viewers to join them in binge-watching the first seven seasons before number eight premieres.

The four superfans definitely seem like an unlikely bunch — Jimmy Kimmel, Kristin Chenoweth, Aaron Rodgers, and T-Pain star in the video — but apparently they're just as passionate about the series as the rest of us (apparently T-Pain's album The Iron Way was inspired by GoT)! Each celeb got a chance to sit on the Iron Throne and announce their allegiance to their personal house — we would definitely want to party with the folks in House of Pain, just saying. Amid all the geekery that ensues as they play around with some props, the four invite everyone to join the conversation as they binge "#ForTheThrone".

According to Mashable, a Twitter spokesperson explained there's even more to come with the chosen superfans! We can expect to see a remix of the theme song provided by Ser T, thoughts on the GoT musical, and so much more. It's a fun way to get ready for season eight, but even better would have been an actual premiere date or, ya know, an invite to the party. We're fans, too!
