The Summer finale of Pretty Little Liars has arrived, and we're prepping ourselves emotionally for a new piece of television history. According creator I. Marlene King, we're going to get answers to every question we've ever had. Wondering about the true identity of "A"? Trying to figure out the deal with Charles DiLaurentis? Hoping to learn the true identity of Red Coat? We've compiled all the quotes from members of the Pretty Little Liars squad that will have you more amped than ever for the "Summer of Answers."   • On the shock of the "A" reveal: "I'm not just saying this to get you guys more excited about the finale, but it really is so bizarre," Hale told InStyle. "I think they might have been drunk when they came up with it. Because, I'm like, where did this come from? But it does sort of all make sense."
  • On the mystery surrounding Charles: "So, you kind of find out who that is, why they go by the name Charles, why they got involved, and why they’ve been tormenting us for five years. All of those questions finally get answered."
  • On the time jump: "[The creators] decided that they wanted to flash forward a little bit, so it’s about five years in the future. Still playing younger than I am, but glad to be playing an adult. Pretty much, it’s the girls living an "A"-free life for five years, and Alison begs them to come back to Rosewood.

  • On what it would be like to be "A": "I think whoever is the big villain, it's this iconic character in an iconic show," Morris explained to Zap2It. "So I think whoever does end up [being 'A'] — whether it’s me or not — it’d be something amazing to play."
  • On the big reveal: "Having spoken to [King] about it, I know Marlene’s got a really incredible plan. The genius of Marlene is that she knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s got a grand master plan in her head.”
  • On if Wren could feasibly be back on the show: "Could he come back? Absolutely. Have I spoken with Marlene about coming back? Yes, absolutely."

  • On the performance of the person playing "A": "They were just fantastic," admitted Bellisario in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. "I’m sorry I can’t be more specific, but that was the best part of this episode."
  • On how it all ties together: "It’s a very good story. When the person is revealed, it does all make sense. It’s been a long time coming so I hope that fans will be satisfied and excited to see this chapter close and see the next chapter open up."

  • On what exactly fans are in for: "Fans are going to get their answers, for once and for all, and this isn't a fake," Mitchell said to The Hollywood Reporter. "We are serious: You are going to see who 'A' is."
  • On the impending time jump: "A lot can happen in five years to each of those girls . . . they may not be 'together-together' the entire time."

  • On Mona's role in the finale: "Mona comes to the prom to uncover a mystery that has to do with Charles and A, and everything that she’s been through with the girls," Parrish divulged to TV Fanatic. "She comes to find the girls to, basically, say let’s go put the pieces of the puzzle together. Mona’s [being] there is kind of the reason why they end up finding out what happened. Mona’s always lurking around, for better or for worse. In this case, it ends up being for good.
  • On Mona's surprising piece in the finale's puzzle: "There is one big shocker that does have to do with Mona that I was, like, 'Whoa, did not see that coming.' But everything makes perfect sense."

  • On how Rhys Matthews connects to the DiLaurentis family: "It will be revealed in some sort of expository way, for sure," Lane said in his interview with MTV. "It all comes together in that finale."
  • On the Carisimmi group: "There is a tie to Mrs. DiLaurentis, so it will be interesting to see how that all comes together. I hope it will be a big reveal for fans."
  • On his own "A" theories: "I thought for a while that it might have been Andrew, and I know there’s a lot of talk about Wren, but who knows. I think it’s gonna be something that nobody has thought of or nobody can see coming, to be honest."

  • On whether or not the "A" reveal is legit: "It's no lie," King claimed in a behind-the-scenes video, which was tweeted from the official Pretty Little Liars Twitter handle. "You are going to come face to face with "A" . . . You're going to see "A"'s face, you're going to hear "A"'s story, you're going to see the who, the how, the why, everything. It's no lie."
  • On where the finale picks up: "The Pretty Little Liars are still at prom, and we go from there," King told The Hollywood Reporter. Like a speeding train."
  • On whether or not Wren is "A": "I love that rumor, that's all I'll say — I love Wren."
