It's been a long few months without Scream Queens, which means we're more excited than ever to have tons of details about the next installment — premiering Tuesday. Back in July, the show's Comic-Con panel was jam-packed with stars, from Lea Michele to the newly added Taylor Lautner and John Stamos to Emma Roberts — who, as you may recall, dished tons of sick burns as Chanel Oberlin last year. This time around, it seems the show is really upping the stakes; it's supposed to be bloodier and funnier than ever.   • On the setting: "Dean Munsch correlates her fame as an icon of — it's called 'new new feminism' — and her subsequent book tour, and parlays that money into purchasing a hospital. It's sort of unclear what her reasoning is. There's a bit of gray area there. Um, yeah. It's a former asylum."
  • On new cast members to expect: "We have Colton Haynes, and we're very excited to have Cecily Strong."
  • On whether the babies from season one will come into play: "I can't comment on that specifically."

  • On the Chanels: "They have fallen from glamour, but they're trying to hold onto it as much as they can . . . so, it's funny seeing them try to hold onto their style, they have no money. They have to work, which is something that's completely foreign to them. It's hilarious, it's fun."
  • On the fashion: "They definitely have some really cool hospital gear. There's definitely some, like, fur stethoscopes and some rhinestone stethoscopes. There's definitely a lot of capes. I was like, 'I don't know if people wear little capelets when they're working in the hospital, that are pink, but OK, we'll go with it.'"
