What the Wildly Attractive Cast of Dark Phoenix Looks Like in and Out of Their Costumes

Of all the X-Men, Mystique has one of the most eye-catching appearances thanks to her bright blue, scaly skin and cherry red hair.

At one point Charles did have hair, which we see in 2011's X-Men: First Class. But ever since then, James McAvoy has been rocking a bald cap like a champ.

New villain Vuk has hair that's so blond, it's basically white.

The fact that a man as handsome as Nicholas Hoult is buried under layer upon layer of thick blue hair and prosthetics to play Beast is a travesty. But then again, who could play the kindhearted, soft-spoken scientist better than the British actor?

Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner steps into the shoes of yet another flame-haired heroine as Jean Grey, who goes through a volatile transformation in Dark Phoenix.

In both X-Men: Apocalypse and X-Men: Dark Phoenix, Scott lives up to his nickname of Cyclops by rocking face-obscuring headgear to help him control the deadly lasers that blast out of his eyes. It starts off as just a fairly normal pair of sunglasses, but in the most recent film he wears a full-on visor across his eyes.

The Love, Simon actress rocks a short, platinum hairstyle to play Storm, but unsurprisingly, her hair doesn't normally look like that. (Though she could totally pull it off, just sayin'.)

Just like Mystique and Beast, Nightcrawler has a pretty striking appearance. In addition to his bright blue skin covered in swirling symbols, he has yellow eyes, pointy teeth, and a sharp tail.

Magneto's look changes quite a bit from First Class to Dark Phoenix, with him wearing everything from sharp suits to plaid button-downs and jeans. Obviously, his metal helmet is never far behind.
