Real talk: there would be no Schitt's Creek without Johnny Rose. I mean that in every sense. Not only did Eugene Levy cocreate the show, but his character of Johnny also keeps the whole family unit moving. As the patriarch of the Rose family, he keeps them all in line in Schitt's Creek and does absolutely everything he needs to to support them. Though the humor in his role is generally more understated (and often underrated), it's ever present, making so many of his scenes so pivotal to the story.
