Watch Lupita Nyong'o Scare the Sh*t Out of Fans in Her "Red" Costume From Us

If I ever meet Lupita Nyong'o, I would hope it's not in a haunted house when she's dressed as Red from Jordan Peele's Us, but a few terrified fans at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights had the chilling pleasure of seeing Nyong'o in character up close this week — and I'm screaming internally just watching the video.

After taking a walk through the Us-themed park attraction herself — and letting out a few good shrieks at the sight of a pair of scissors — Nyong'o was ready to reprise her role as the leader of the Tethered. The real fun begins at 0:40 when Nyong'o looks into the camera in full costume and says, "Okay, let's go scare some people."
