Why he might be the killer:

• Aside from being generally suspicious, Dr. Brock has that strange cut on his hand from when he had a new one surgically attached. He supposedly lived through everyone's worst nightmare when his hand got eaten by the garbage disposal, but we can't know for sure if that's what happened. We already know it's an Idle Hands-type situation, where his new hand is possessed and bloodthirsty.

Why he might not be the killer:

• We don't have a real motive for Dr. Brock yet. We know that he's trying to prove that he can still be a top surgeon despite his haunted hand, but that's not reason enough to go on a killing spree.
