Why he might be the killer:

• The hospital's resident candy-striper is weird. Like, really weird. Just look at that evil grin! The way he mercilessly (and possibly unknowingly) makes fun of Katherine's hairy condition is just cruel.

Why he might not be the killer:

• He got slashed by the Green Meanie, so if he's in on it, it means at least two people are killers. We're still waiting to hear more about this guy. He certainly has a backstory, we just don't know what it is yet.
