The Story
Since the first season covers books one through four (The Bad Beginning, The Reptile Room, The Wide Window, and The Miserable Mill), season two will follow the stories in books five through nine. That means the Baudelaire orphans are headed for The Austere Academy, The Ersatz Elevator, The Vile Village, and The Hostile Hospital. The remaining books will serve as material for the third, and presumably final, season.
