Hanna and Caleb get married toward the end of season seven. We find out that the couple is trying to have a baby in the last episode. Although the two have some tension over how to handle Mona (since Hanna wants her to stay with them now that she's out of Radley), the two are just as in love as ever. In the very last scene, Hanna confirms that she's pregnant!
