Season 5: Hosea Rosenberg

Chef Hosea Rosenberg won the fifth season of Top Chef and went back to his home state of Colorado to open Blackbelly restaurant and butchery. His latest endeavor is his restaurant Santo, also in Colorado, with cuisine inspired by the state where he was born: New Mexico.
