Jules's Angel Juliet
Jules showed up not just as an ethereal angel, but, specifically, in the costume that Juliet (Claire Danes) wore to the masquerade ball in Baz Luhrmann's Romeo + Juliet.

Rue's Marlene Dietrich
Rue's costume evoked the 1930s screen star, who famously kissed a woman while wearing a tux like this in the film Morocco.

Kat's "Nun" Thana
At first glance, Kat's costume is just an edgy nun one, but like some of her classmates, she's actually taking inspiration from a movie. She explains in the episode that she's actually Thana from Ms. 45, a character who gets attacked and eventually dresses as a nun to go to a Halloween party and shoot people.
What to wear: Start with a typical nun costume: black habit, wimple, and veil.

Nate's Prisoner
No one said Nate doesn't have a sense of humor — albeit a pretty dark one. In the midst of his own legal troubles, he shows up at the party in a straight-up prison jumpsuit.
What to wear: In this case, a ready-made costume will work just fine! Grab a black-and-white striped "prisoner" costume and cap, and you're good to go.

Daniel's Ted Bundy
It's subtle, but it's there: Daniel showed up as the notorious serial killer Ted Bundy. It's a fitting costume, given that he started out pretending to be a totally good guy before revealing his true, nasty nature.
