5 Haunted Houses We Hope to See on Future Seasons of the Haunting Series

What's good about short stories like The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Gilman is that there's only so much source material the Haunting series creators can take inspiration from. A previous film adaptation went the route of an origin story of The Yellow Wallpaper, which might be a good way to adapt it for season three. The story is about a couple who rent out an old mansion for the summer so the wife can recuperate from a nervous breakdown. Rather than spreading out, the pair stick to the upstairs nursery, where the wife's mental state starts to deteriorate as she becomes fixated on the yellow wallpaper, believing there's a woman trapped inside.
