Even before The Bachelor, Kit was already pretty well-known through being designer Cynthia Rowley's daughter. As a 21-year-old New York City socialite (yep, Gossip Girl vibes), Kit has inherited a love of fashion from her mom, and posts like these show how close their bond is.

Just like her mom, Kit has a serious flair for fashion, and now she's banking on her style. She has a hoodie brand called KIT and releases collaborations constantly. Her latest collab is with renowned artist Wes Lang, and her creations have been seen on everybody from Jennifer Lawrence to Kate Moss.

As a born and raised New Yorker, Kit still lives in the city that has her heart. According to her bio on ABC's website, she lives at home with her parents in the West Village and is finishing up her final year of undergrad at NYU.

Being just 21, Kit lived it up single after her high-school relationship and is entering The Bachelor since she's ready for a serious commitment. She told ABC that "she hasn't found a man who can measure up to the level of emotional intelligence she needs" and has found most guys don't meet her maturity level. She's hoping Matt will, as she's looking for a man who is genuine, open, and honest. She has self-professed high standards, but "she has no doubt that Matt will be able to live up to the hype." Only issue? Men in flip-flops make Kit mad, so hopefully Matt isn't into them?

Kit regularly posts healthy recipes on her Instagram, giving followers the ingredients to a delicious yet clean meal or dessert. These PB&J avocado brownies look seriously incredible, and she's also posted recipes for plant-based movie-theater cookie-dough bites, crispy cheesy pesto broccoli, and carrot-cake muffins. Kit loves to surf, as she's Insta-posted photos of herself surfing since 2015. She's traveled to places like Rincón, Puerto Rico, to surf and even once posted a surfing picture with the caption, "I miss you." A lover of this extreme sport, Keenan told ABC that she can surf in high heels — and now we've just added another thing to our bucket lists.

Kit told ABC that she has a "horrible RBF" (resting b*tch face), and even though we beg to differ, it'll be interesting to see how it plays out on the latest season of The Bachelor. She wore this sweatshirt with a "worst of all time" acronym, captioning her photo with "just ask my ex." This season is definitely going to be interesting!
