After Take Me Out was put on hold in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the revival of Richard Greenberg's 2003 play is finally making its way to Broadway sometime this year. Performances were initially supposed to begin in March, but Broadway isn't officially opening until September, and a new date has yet to be announced. Take Me Out follows an MLB baseball team as one of its players comes out. The cast also includes Patrick J. Adams and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
