What to Know About the Cast of "The Summer I Turned Pretty" Season 2

Kyra Sedgwick joins the cast of season two, and based on first-look photos, it seems she plays Skye's mom. However, Prime Video hasn't announced a character name for her part just yet.

Sedgwick is a film and TV vet, perhaps most notably starring in "The Closer" from 2005 to 2012. She won an Emmy for her performance in 2010. She married actor Kevin Bacon in 1988.
