On Jan. 22, Bleachers lead singer Jack Antanoff announced in a tweet that he plans to release a new album in 2022. "i am going to put out a bleachers album this year," he wrote, much to the excitement of longtime fans. The news comes shortly after the group's most recent album release, "Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night," which debuted in July 2021, and their most recent EP release for "Live at Electric Lady" in November 2021. Antanoff has yet to provide any updates on the forthcoming album.
