From the moment she graces our screens, it's obvious that "Louise" is related to Simone Biles. Her real name is actually Adria Louise Biles, and she's the Olympic gymnast's younger sister. Louise attempts to fool the cast when she comes out in basketball attire for the talent show in the first episode, but her striking resemblance to her older sister makes it extremely difficult to conceal her identity. During the cast introductions, Louise lies about her first name, but admits that her famous relative is her sister who is an athlete. She also lies that her famous relative's biggest award is the Honda-Broderick Cup, an award for college-level female athletes, which Simone Biles never won.
During the eighth episode, Louise is eliminated when Logan correctly guesses her celebrity relative. She survived the competition thus far after winning multiple challenges and being granted immunity during elimination ceremonies. "Yeah, everyone has known for a long time because, hello?" she said, motioning to her face. "My name is Adria Louise Biles and she is my sister. . . She is like my best friend.
