The original cast of "The Best Man" — Taye Diggs (Harper), Morris Chestnut (Lance), Nia Long (Jordan), Sanaa Lathan (Robyn), Melissa De Sousa (Shelby), Terrence Howard (Quentin), Regina Hall (Candace), and Harold Perrineau (Murch) — will reprise their respective roles in Peacock's limited series. Monica Calhoun, whose character Mia died in "The Best Man Holiday" movie, will not appear.
