The 2006 drama "Bobby" is a fictionalized account of the hours leading up to Robert F. Kennedy's assassination taking place in a Los Angeles hotel in 1968. Lohan plays Diane Howser, a young woman who is marrying her best friend in the hopes it will change his deployment, as it was believed married men were more likely to be deployed to Germany than Vietnam, where they were seemingly more likely to survive.
