In "Surviving Summer," former "Raven's Home" actor Sky Katz stars as Summer Torres, an unruly New York teen who gets sent off to a quiet surfing town in Australia to live with family friends and clean up her act. While she experiences a wave of culture shock, she soon finds she's enjoying surfing that wave more than she originally expected. As Summer learns from her new environment, she also brings some welcome (and not-so-welcome) change to the lives of the young surfers she befriends.
