Ezra Bridger (Eman Esfandi) is a Jedi who was once Kanan's apprentice. After losing his parents to the Empire, Ezra was forced to make a living as a con artist on Lothal. He eventually joins the Ghost crew and discovers that he's Force sensitive. His powers allow him to connect with space whales known as the purrgil. Ezra is able to stop Thrawn at the end of "Rebels" by calling upon the purrgil to send them both into hyperspace during the Battle of Lothal.
