Baylan Skoll (played by the late Ray Stevenson) is a Jedi who survived Order 66, but instead of becoming a rebel like Ahsoka, Baylan chooses to become a mercenary and use his skills for evil along with his apprentice, Shin Hati. Since they're in search of great power, Baylan and Shin team up with Morgan to hunt down Ahsoka in order to get closer to Thrawn. Baylan technically isn't a Sith, but a Dark Jedi.
