While visiting Today to discuss all things related to mental health with Carson Daly, Pink candidly spoke about what keeps her marriage healthy. After telling Carson how she believes that "pain is a catalyst for change" and commenting how she wishes the taboo associated with mental health would disappear, the mom of two opened up about how she and husband Carey Hart have attended couples counseling for the duration of their relationship.
"Carey and I have been in couples counseling almost our entire 17 years we've been together. It's the only reason we're still together," she said, adding, "We come from broken families, and we had no model of, how are we supposed to keep this family together and live this crazy life? And there's no model. There's no book that says, 'Here's how to do this.' So we go to counseling, and it works." Hey, props to Pink for always being honest!
