Watch Ludacris's Baby Daughter Crush a Workout With Him — Using Bananas as Dumbbells

With a workout buddy as cute as Ludacris's, we'd never skip a sweat sesh. On June 12, the rapper shared a video of himself exercising at home with 1-year-old daughter Chance Bridges, and we've pretty much been watching it on repeat ever since. In the adorable clip, Ludacris lifts dumbbells overhead and does several reverse lunges as Chance mimics his moves with two bananas in hand. He offers his baby girl some sweet encouragement as she counts along out loud, saying, "Good job," and "Come on, lift those bananas."

"I Put My Personal Trainer Up Against ANYBODYS!" Ludacris captioned the Instagram post, adding, "MONDAY MOTIVATION." He later shared the same clip on TikTok, set to the song "Girls Do It Best" from his animated Netflix series "Karma's World."

Ludacris, 45, welcomed Chance with wife Eudoxie Bridges, 37, in July 2021, so her second birthday is right around the corner. He and Eudoxie share another daughter, 8-year-old Cadence, and the "Fast X" actor is also a dad to 9-year-old Cai and 21-year-old Karma from previous relationships. Last month, the girl dad told POPSUGAR about why he's recently pivoted his career from music to more family-focused projects. "My kids inspire me. You stop thinking about yourself when you have kids, and you start thinking about their generation," he said. "However my life is evolving, I let that be the catalyst to inspire me and what I should do next."

Perhaps he and Chance will team up to design a workout equipment collection down the line? We'd totally buy a set of banana-shaped dumbbells.
