Back in August, Sharonda Ross was forced to break into her child's day care center after hours, once she and her husband realized that they'd both thought the other was going to pick up their son, 10-month-old Jordan, at the center. When they arrived, they could hear Jordan crying, but the parking lot was empty, so her husband broke the glass to get in and retrieve Jordan. The owner of the day care, Joann Davis, said at the time that she was "as sorry as she can be," but did not fire the employee that locked up for the night with baby Jordan still inside.
