Sara Chivers, a mother of two with terminal brain cancer, decided to write her sons a gut-wrenching letter that they can cherish together long after she's gone. And if that's not sad enough, Sara's 18-month-old son, Alfie, was also diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of brain cancer. Tears are rolling down our faces just thinking about their situation.
