To get started, you'll want to have your base. Choose your treat: Do you want to create rice cereal treats, caramel apples, cake pops, or chocolate-dipped strawberries?

Once you've chosen your star dessert, here's what you'll need to Disney-fy each of them, in Briar Rose gold fashion.

For Cereal Treats

Cereal Treats

  1. Shape your rice cereal treats into the shape of Minnie Mouse using your hands, a cookie cutter (there are tons online), or a shaping tool.
  2. While your treats are setting up, pour warm, melted pink candy melts or dyed white chocolate into your bow mold. Place in the refrigerator to set your chocolate bows. Once your cereal treats are set, insert a popsicle stick into the top, between the ears.
  3. Melt more pink candy melts or dyed white chocolate. Once your pink chocolate is a smooth, fluid consistency, dunk your treats almost all the way up to the ears, using the popsicle stick as a handle. Shake the treat to eliminate any drips, and lay flat on parchment paper to cool.
  4. While the chocolate is setting, place five white M&Ms in two rows (like pictured) to create the polka dots.
  5. Attach your cooled pink chocolate bow to the top with royal icing or a dollop of melted chocolate.
  6. Once your chocolate is completely set, mist with the edible gold shimmer spray, roughly 18 inches away to give your treat a light dusting of iridescence.

Cake Pops

  1. Follow the cake pop recipe of your choice to create your cake pop base. Stick a popsicle stick in one end.
  2. Use two small chocolate rounds (the same ones that you'll melt to make the pink coating) to create the ears. Stick them into the cake pop on either side of the popsicle stick.
  3. Dip the entire pop in the warmed, melted pink chocolate.
  4. Shake each pop to eliminate drips or pooling at the bottom, and set them on parchment paper to cool.
  5. Once cooled, use the same edible gold shimmer mist technique: a light spritz, from roughly 18 inches away.

Strawberries

  1. Wash your strawberries and dry them thoroughly.
  2. Dip each strawberry in the warmed, liquid pink chocolate. Shake upon removal to eliminate drips, and set on parchment paper to cool.
  3. Once cooled, drizzle melted white chocolate in a zigzag pattern using a condiment squeeze bottle.
  4. Lightly mist with edible gold shimmer spray.

For Caramel Apples

Caramel Apples

  1. Start with skewered apples, and dunk them in caramel to begin the base of your confection. Set them on parchment paper, then attach marshmallows (halfed lengthwise) on either side of the skewer to create your Minnie ears.
  2. While your caramel is setting, create your bows. Pour melted pink candy melts into a bow mold, and put in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Once your caramel is hardened and ears are affixed, dunk the entirety of your apple in warm melted white chocolate or candy melts. Gently shake off the excess, and allow your apple to cool and harden on parchment paper once again.
  4. The third layer is only on the bottom half: dunk the bottom of the apples in melted pink chocolate or candy melts. Again, gently shake, and set aside to cool.
  5. While the pink chocolate is cooling, affix white M&Ms in two rows to create the polka dots.
  6. Affix your pink chocolate bow to one of the ears at a slight angle, using royal icing or melted chocolate.
  7. Lightly mist the entirety of your treat from about 18 inches away with edible gold shimmer spray.
