To feed your baby eggs, puree or mash one hard-boiled or scrambled egg and serve it on a spoon. For a more liquid consistency, add breast milk or water to the puree. If you are trying baby-led weaning, hand your baby an entire egg yolk from a hard-boiled egg (make sure it is cooked all the way through!).
