The Character Party Zone over at Universal Studios Florida is located at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. Characters from SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, and Despicable Me dance on colorful parade floats while their signature songs play in the background.
