Billie Eilish's Style Evolution Centers on Individuality

On May 2, Eilish stunned at the Met Gala in a sustainable Gucci ensemble made up of a mint green and cream corset adorned with a large violet flower, green lace detailed sleeves, and ivory satin bustled skirt. She also wore a black velvet choker with silver diamonds to complete her on-theme ensemble.

Eilish headlined the 2022 Coachella Music Festival on April 16 in independent designer Conrad. She threw on a matching set made up of a relaxed, nude t-shirt with a graffiti design and matching bike shorts. She wore layers of silver jewelry, knee pads, white ankle socks, and Nike sneakers.

At the 2022 Grammy Awards on April 3, Eilish donned an all-black Rick Owens ensemble with a cutout neck cocoon coat, black top, black shorts, and a black skirt. She finished with black sock boots.

Eilish wowed the 2022 Oscars red carpet on March 27 in a black off-the-shoulder, ruffled tiered custom Gucci gown .

Eilish styled a casual 2011 Gorillaz Band tee on top of a cream, long-sleeved waffle shirt to attend the March 1 premiere of "Turning Red." She paired it with Kapital dark-wash jeans with embroidered skeleton designs along the side, along with a green-and-pink plaid hat and platform Converse.

On Dec. 4, Eilish attended Variety's Music Hitmakers Brunch in a monochromatic, quilted LA Roxx outfit. The custom ensemble was a deep scarlet look with an oversize, floor-length quilted puffer jacket, loose matching shirt and pants, and Raf Simons crimson boots.

For the LACMA Art+Film Gala, hosted by Gucci on Nov. 6, Eilish opted for a black mesh Gucci top with a floral lace white-and-black bra underneath. She teamed the top with a long, black sequined lace maxi skirt, sheer tights, and a furry shag coat. She wore minimalist gold, pearl, and red gemstone jewelry.

For her interview on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on October 13, 2021, Eilish appeared in an oversize Gucci sweater with a manga cartoon design on the front. She teamed it with a plain white collared dress shirt underneath, flared black pants, and platform Doc Martens. For a final touch, she added delicate gold, red, and pearl jewelry.

At the world premiere of "No Time To Die" in London on Sept. 28, 2021, Eilish embraced an all-black Gucci ensemble consisting of a striped long-sleeved shirt, matching trousers, and platform open-toe Gucci heels. She accessorized with a simple pearl chain necklace.

After the red carpet, Eilish changed into this custom Oscar de la Renta gown. This blood-red custom gown features a mesh corset style bodice, flowing skirt with a long, thigh-high slit, and a matching sheer cape. She paired it with matching open-toe Jimmy Choo pumps.

The 2021 VMAs were on September 12, and Eilish looked fashionably cozy and ready for fall in this oversize black knit Takahiro Miyashita sweater. She paired it with a black midi skirt, black ankle warmers, and platform oxford shoes with silver chain detailing.

At the Disney+ premiere of Eilish's film, "Happier than Ever" in LA on August 30, 2021, the star arrived in a signature all-black ensemble consisting of a Jonathan Anderson tie-cut panel shirt, a lace-up black miniskirt, and Swear London black boots. She accessorized the goth look with chunky silver necklaces and rings.

For the 2021 Grammys on March 14, Eilish stunned in a head-to-toe Gucci in this pink, black, and gray floral printed co-ord outfit. She teamed it with a matching bucket hat, mask, and manicure.

On Oct. 14, Eilish won big at the Billboard Music Awards, for which she donned a full Gucci ensemble, involving a green silk floral printed button-down top and loose trousers. She finished with a matching bucket hat and mask, and bedazzled cream sneakers.

On the 2020 Brit Awards red carpet, Eilish stunned in a custom Burberry set consisting of a matching beige velvet sweater and pants with standout stitching, and a large Burberry trench coat with silver hardware. She styled it with an oversize visor hat and Burberry-inspired nails.

After the red carpet and ceremony, Eilish went back to her signature Gucci for the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty. She wore an oversize, all-black sparkling set with a mesh lace shirt and gloves underneath. She accessorized this look with black sunglasses.

On Jan. 26, Eilish walked the 2020 Oscars red carpet in an all-white tweed Chanel suit. With gold and black "CC" brooches on her co-ord jacket, and her white lace gloves emblazoned with "Chanel" across both hands, Eilish looked amazing for her Oscars debut.

Decked out in green-and-black Gucci on Jan. 26 for the 2020 Grammys, Eilish wore a lime-green sequined turtleneck with balloon sleeves underneath a black pantsuit set with green rhinestone detailing. She finished the look with black finger-less Gucci gloves and a glittering mesh Gucci mask.

On January 23, 2020, Eilish stood out on the Spotify Best New Artist Party red carpet in neon Valentino. Her oversize puffer hung off the shoulders on top of a neon green oversize t-shirt and matching jogger pants. She finished off the look with a pair of neon green Gucci sunglasses.

Eilish's memorable Burberry ensemble at the 2019 American Music Awards on Nov. 24 will be forever known as her "beekeeper moment." She wore a loose Burberry t-shirt on top of matching baggy pants and completed the look with Burberry sneakers. She accessorized the set with a mesh undershirt and mask, plus silver Bulgari jewelry.

For the 2019 LACMA Art+Film Gala on Nov. 2, Eilish styled this custom Gucci wool oversize bowling shirt with matching pants. On March 14 at the iHeart Radio Music Awards, Eilish donned a custom all-black, Sailor Moon--painted ensemble by artist slumpykev. She teamed it with a black spiked choker, silver Bulgari necklaces, and A$AP Rocky x Under Armour black sneakers.
