Since Kate Middleton's announcement of her third pregnancy, we've been patiently waiting to see her maternity style. The royal suffered severe morning sickness and was out of the public eye for weeks, but made a rare appearance for World Mental Health Day. Kate, along with Prince William and Prince Harry, attended a reception at Buckingham Palace. For the special day, she wore a lace midi dress from Temperley London's Fall '17 collection.
The sweet ladylike number, inspired by the Elizabethan and Baroque era, had a high neckline collar and ruffle details on the sleeves. A black velvet string was fastened into a bow on the front and small buttons trailed down the middle of the dress.
