When we learned that H&M had launched a wedding line, we were immediately thrilled. From short and fun frocks to fluid silhouettes, the collection offers a more affordable take on some of the biggest bridal trends, and we didn't think it could get any better. However, it all changed when we saw that the brand had also created a dress, which, although it hasn't been confirmed, seems to have been inspired by Kate Middleton's wedding gown.

With its bustier top and delicate lace sleeves, the dress is a gorgeous take on the Duchess of Cambridge's custom Alexander McQueen gown. While it doesn't come with Kate's iconic train, it does come with a few added details: a thin ribbon belt and a keyhole slit in the back, which we can't help but think was inspired by Pippa Middleton's own wedding dress — and at $299, we really can't fault it. Ahead, take another a look at Kate's legendary look, then shop H&M's version for yourself.
