"I think for women, in my opinion, we're so much stronger when we're together. We have an interesting camaraderie in that all we can do is support each other. I would love if they can ask more questions about, 'How have you been mentored by a woman?' or, 'How have you been able to mentor someone?' I wish there were more questions that encourage women to inspire and help one another and help each other get ahead. There is still so much we have to make up for and I think the best way to do that is rely on each other. Something that sheds light on the fact that we're a team."
