This Bride Wore a Princess Wedding Gown, Then Stunned Everyone With a "Beyoncé" Bodysuit

For some brides, it takes fewer than three tries to find the right wedding dress. Rachel Katzman of Cuvee Beauty found hers on the second try — a Vera Wang tulle, long-sleeved creation. "I knew right away. I could envision myself walking down the aisle in the gown accompanied by a 26-inch long ponytail," Rachel said. "It truly was a fairy tale moment." The bride looked like a modern day princess, and though you'd expect her to continue with this fairy-tale theme, she had two more outfit changes in mind.

The second and third looks were less princess-y and more pop star. According to Rachel, she wanted her third look — a stunning gold bodysuit — to channel that "full-on Beyoncé moment." After having one custom made by Julien Macdonald, the bride was able to slip it on at the end of the night, complete with a Dolce & Gabbana crown, which she searched high and low for. "It was perfection, I felt like a pop star about to go perform on stage," she said. Judging from her photos, Rachel got everything she dreamed of for one of the most memorable weddings of the year. "They made the bodysuit for me in gold (to match my crown) and made the train detachable, so I could really take my vision full force," Rachel said.

Rachel's Mom Also Gifted Her a Beautiful Ring

Rachel had spotted a similar one on her mom's friend, and her mom ended up getting one specially for her. "Friday, the day before my wedding, my mom wrote me the most beautiful note and then gave me a box. Inside was the ring, one of my own, that I would always have and always remember from my wedding night. It was my 'something new.'"
