A Bucket Hat + Jeans + Mules
When I don't know what to wear in the morning, I look at Storm Reid's Instagram. I've been doing this for awhile now — specifically since I started watching Euphoria and fell in love with the 16-year-old's fashion sense, wit, and overall dedication to being an activist. I also love how motivated she is to work out, and that influences a lot of her off-duty outfits, making for athleisure looks you can find me in on the regular.
Storm actually has the "Fashionista" title in her Instagram bio, so it's safe to say she's a big fan of the ensembles her stylist Jason Bolden has been throwing together for her. I'm sure she also takes part in the selection process. After all, you've got to have a lot of confidence to wear a shapely, avant-garde minidress on the red carpet that doubles as a work of art. Storm consistently posts behind-the-scenes shots of her dramatic red carpet gowns, all of which I would totally wear to a wedding (because I am me and Storm is Storm, and I have nowhere as fancy to go).
But there are plenty of 1-2-3 looks on Storm's feed that are almost too easy to re-create. When I'm just not excited about the pieces in my closet, I look to Storm to virtually reinvent the wheel for me, and I start to see my wardrobe in a different light. I figured it was about time to share this hidden gold mine of fashion moments with you, so you can use this post as a big mood board and plan outfits for at least a month ahead. Hopefully, things go pretty smoothly in the morning for you now, too.
