When the sunny skies of Kansas City inspire you to take your workouts outside, it's time to update your fitness schedule. We partnered with Nike to help you find fun outdoor spots where you can get your sweat on.

Changing up your fitness routine is always recommended regardless of where you live – it's a great way to avoid the dreaded plateau – but if you happen to call Kansas City home (either side of the state line) you're in luck, because there are a plethora or parks and programs being offered outside. From paddleboard yoga to trail running, here are five nongym adventures you should start taking advantage of right now.
