Vegans of Disneyland, Rejoice! The Park Released 4 Limited-Time Meals For World Vegan Day
Vegans, did you ever think you'd eat a vegan chili dog? At Disneyland of all places? Well, theme park food dreams do come true; in celebration of World Vegan Day on Nov. 1, Disneyland is releasing four totally vegan, totally delicious dishes at Harbour Galley. (Just when you thought your stay couldn't get any more magical.)
These meals are only available for four days, so get your plant-based tush down to Disneyland resort before these tasty treats are gone. Here's the full scoop on this limited-time menu, directly from the Disneyland food team. Don't mind us — we'll just be here eating chili dogs until the park closes.
Traditional Style Pozole Soup
Slow-roasted tomatillos, hominy, and serrano chilies, served with limes, onions, radishes, and shredded cabbage.
Toasted Couscous Salad
Tossed with turmeric, roasted pistachios, and marinated black mission figs, topped with house-made cucumber salad, and served with roasted eggplant puree and naan bread.
Lentil Chili Vegan Hot Dog
Topped with spicy lentil chili, onions, and mustard.
Antipasti Salad
Cherry tomatoes, baby artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onions, roasted red peppers, pepperoncinis, and campanelle pasta tossed in a tangy vinaigrette.
