Miley Cyrus's Wellness Routine
How Miley Cyrus Stays Strong While Seemingly Never Slowing Down
Miley Cyrus is always changing it up. From her "Hannah Montana" beginnings, to her eras as a "Bangerz" wild child, "Malibu" romantic, and now a free-spirited rocker, Cyrus is the perfect example of an ever-evolving artist. The singer just released her "Easy Lover" music video alongside her ninth studio album, "Something Beautiful" and will release a companion film at the Tribeca Film Festival. Her wellness routine has evolved in a similar fashion. After going viral for her visibly toned "Pilates arms" at the 2024 Grammy Awards and sparking search for her workout in the "Flowers" music video, it's no wonder everyone is asking about Cyrus's fitness routine again. But the music mogul isn't always an open book when it comes to her wellness practices.
That said, we do occasionally get a glimpse into her routine, thanks to various easter eggs dropped in interviews and social media posts (don't worry . . . we've been taking notes). In a May 21 episode of "The Zane Lowe Show," Cyrus even got candid about having a ruptured ovarian cyst, and dealing with Reinke's edema — a condition that causes swelling in the vocal cords. Evidently, her wellness routine goes far beyond fitness, helping her cope with conditions like these.
We can't say that following her routine will make you look or feel exactly like her, but there are some overarching components of Cyrus's routine that might also work for you. Read on to learn everything we know about her wellness routine over the years, including her favorite workouts, sobriety journey, and time spent as a vegan. We'll even touch on her iconic "Flowers" workout routine, and share a seven-minute workout you can do with her actual Pilates instructor.
