I would consider myself a fitness junkie. While I'm in no way an expert, it's pretty simple — working out makes me feel good, and that's what keeps me coming back for more. But even I have to admit, between my boutique classes, gym membership, and scheduled outdoor runs, hitting a slump every now and then is inevitable.
Working out is hard — and it's supposed to be — but when fitness becomes too routine, or even too structured, it dips into dangerous territory. The last thing we want is for our workouts to be dreaded, or worse, boring, because that's when we run the risk of quitting all together.

The spinners didn't miss a beat either, and I couldn't get over how much fun they all seemed to be having.
