This chicken chili became my go-to meal during the Winter. It's easy to make and very filling, plus you can easily make substitutions — ground turkey when I don't have chicken, black beans and chickpeas when I don't have kidney beans, and I'll sometimes mix in new or different veggies too. For extra calorie savings, I skip the sour cream and cheese, and it's still so flavorful!
