As a runner, I think of a good sports bra is a necessary evil: they can be constricting and uncomfortable, but when you run, you need all the support you can get. The new Armour High bra from Under Armour (currently sold out but available this month), was a complete surprise when I first tried it on. I'm not a complete fan of molded cups (they can make me feel weighed down), but these are lightweight, comfortable, and completely supportive. Plus, while the compression aspect of this bra feels a little uncomfortable whenever I first put it on, once I warm up and get into my run the bra seems to mold to my body and loosen slightly in all the right places without compromising on support. It's also flattering, which is always a plus.
