Just Live Cropskins

Loud leggings certainly help me rock a workout. These days, I've been sporting Jungle Vibe Cropskins ($74) from Just Live. Made from the brand's proprietary YOLON fabric, these leggings are silky and soft while providing the right amount of compression. The fabric does a great job of wicking and the pattern helps hide sweat too. The thick waistband stays in place and is seriously comfy. If you're not digging this pattern, be sure to check out Just Live's other styles, which are all anything but boring.

Adidas Pure Boost X Shoes

To say I am obsessed with the latest Boost offering from adidas is a bit of an understatement. I love my Adidas Pure Boost X Shoes ($120) so much that I am seriously considering getting a second pair for everyday wear. Besides being incredibly stylish, they offer great arch support and the right amount of cushioning, making dynamic movements I was once scared of (talking to you, box jumps!) feel like second nature.

Eddie Bauer IgniteLite Hybrid Vest

Eddie Bauer IgniteLite Hybrid Vest

As I recently moved from San Diego to San Francisco, I traded my sunny boardwalk runs along the shoreline for brisk, freezing cool jaunts through Golden Gate Park. This climate adjustment has also called for a slight change in wardrobe. Eddie Bauer sympathized, and allowed me to try the Women's IgniteLite Hybrid Vest ($99) from their adventure-inspired activewear line. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my activewear — to the point of sacrificing function for fashion on occasion — but this piece is both sleek and technical. PrimaLoft insulation and FreeHeat fabric are great for warmth and temperature regulation, and it's machine washable. Practicality wins major points, in my book.

Luna Bar Dark Chocolate Bars

Luna Bar Dark Chocolate Bars

Somedays I just need a chocolaty pick-me-up to power through a long afternoon at my desk or to fuel a workout after a day at the office. I am loving Luna's new line of Dark Chocolate Bars, and each of the three flavors are seriously low in sugar — only 5g per bar! Always a sucker for peanut butter and chocolate, this flavor is my favorite, but the hazelnut and almond mocha are not far behind. The bars are all gluten-free and retail for slightly over a dollar.

Kiehl's Amino Acid Shampoo

Kiehl's Amino Acid Shampoo

I take my post-workout clean up very seriously, and it's not just limited to skin care. My gym stocks Kiehl's products in the locker room, which is how I discoverd this deliciously scented shampoo that has absolutely changed my life, and also made my hair shiny. As any good shampoo should, it gets the sweat and oils out after an intense workout, but it ups the ante with sumptuous natural ingredients: amino acids, coconut oil, and phyto peptides condition and moisturize without leaving a residue. Throw one of the 2.5oz sizes ($7) in your gym bag for a spa-like shower treatment, and you'll be leaving the gym feeling so fresh (and so clean, clean).

The Splendid Spoon Soup Cleanse

There are times when I need to reset my diet, but am uninspired or can't seem to get out of my unhealthy rut. This is when I like The Splendid Soup Cleanse ($65 for a one-day cleanse). The cleanse consists of five nutrient-rich soups like lentil kale, mushroom with steel cut oats, and sweet and spicy beets. All soups are low in sodium and made with ingredients known to detoxify the body.

FlipBelt Million Mile Light

FlipBelt Million Mile Light

Since I've been running superearly or late in the evening when it's complete darkness, I feel much safer with this Million Mile Light ($23). It's no ordinary light — it's powered by the motion of me running. That means it's totally battery-free, so I never have to worry about having to change the batteries or the light going out in the middle of a run. This LED is so bright, and it clips easily to whatever I'm wearing. Plus it's water resistant, so it can stand a few raindrops or flurries. Love!
