When we asked about Miss North Dakota's fitness routine, we could tell that she had her regimen down to a science.
"I normally like to do about three days of cardio, which involves a lot of elliptical work. I love to run, but that builds up a lot of muscle in my legs and that's not really what I'm looking for since I'm trying to tone down," Abigail Pogatshnik said. "I also lift three days for the other part of the week, which is really fun. I do whole body lifting, so I don't just go in there and do arms or legs — I do everything. The lifting helps to isolate areas and makes things pop a little bit more so you have that definition."
